Technical Education Solutions, LLC will be hosting our 8th Annual Summer Training Session during the week of July 12. 2010. We will, for the fourth year, be conducting this training at Nathan Hale Ray High School in Moodus, CT. We will be offering 4 days of training in Mastercam X4, 2 days of training in Basic SolidWorks, 2 days of training in Advanced SolidWorks and 2 days of training in Chief Architect. >> SolidWorks Student Access Initiative

SolidWorks Student Access puts the power of SolidWorks in the hands of students by providing them a stand-alone, 365 day license for use outside the classroom.

Level One, of this new program, is for schools with 45 to 99 seats on current subscription service. Intended for novice users who need remote access to basic SolidWorks features and functions.

Level Two is for school with 100 seats or more, also on current subscription service. This level is intended for intermediate or advanced users who need the full functionality of the SolidWorks Education Edition.

>> The Techno-Isel Patriot gets the PLTW approval

We are happy to announce that the Techno Patriot and the Robotic interface have been “Project Lead The Way” approved.  These items are listed in the 2010 PLTW Purchasing Manual in the CIM section.

The patriot is part of the PLTW CIM program, but a school making this purchase can use the machine for many more exciting applications - CO2, F1, Intro to CNC Curriculum to name just a few.
